Living Well with Megan-Marie is founded by me, Meg, a Doctor in Physical Therapy, Pelvic Therapist, student Functional Medicine Clinician, Kettlebell Coach, and recreational gold jewelry designer.
Using clinical knowledge, science-driven education, movement expertise, and coaching experience, I practice and teach how to sustainably pursue all the things that make up a healthy life. From physical strength, aesthetic-driven fitness, optimizing cellular health, improving flexibility.. to sexual pleasure, GI motility, nutrition, and more.
In an effort to offer information more publicly and affordably, I have created this community for people to ask questions, read articles I've written, and connect with me more casually. This space is for those who want to learn and be empowered in improving their health using sound, practical, and sustainable information in fitness and health.

This membership is for those who already do or want to live a healthy lifestyle within the chaotic world we live in. It is where you can ask and receive evidence-informed information surrounding all things functional body so you can feel confident you aren't wasting your valuable time on practices that don't work.
I write and cover topics like strength training, fitness for aesthetics and longevity, exercise for hormonal regulation and metabolism, nutrition, pelvic wellness for all women, and more. This space is where you can actually get answers to basic of complex questions in functional health and aesthetics.
